CheckLBPD is a volunteer operation. Help of any kind is much appreciated.
We have campaigns going targeting the LBPD's secret drone, social media monitoring, and facial recognition programs—all run without a policies to ensure the technologies are used safely and Constitutionally.
We are also pushing for the passage of a Surveillance Transparency Ordinance in Long Beach.
