LBPD TigerText Metadata Dashboard: 261,799 messages

This data dashboard (that should be loading below) can be used to examine the timing of LBPD TigerText messages. CheckLBPD has begun an analysis of this data, and has made some discoveries that call into question the thoroughness of the official investigation. Check LBPD has published a preliminary investigation of the metadata with some of the easier to spot episodes of questionable use missed by the city's outside investigator that is worth a read if you have 10-15 minutes.
